It’s nothing short of a small miracle to see local music festivals weather the COVID-19 storm. Gasparilla Music Festival did it two weekends ago with its rescheduled affair, and right now the 42nd Clearwater Jazz Holiday is wrapping up a reduced-capacity special presentation of the festival at its new, temporary home Baycare Ballpark (Coachman Park is under renovation). Saturday’s lineup included Gloria Gaynor and Lettuce, alongside the Ruth Eckerd Hall and Clearwater Jazz youth band and more. The festival closes tonight with Snarky Puppy.—Ray Roa
