Thirteen years after Channing Tatum graced its grounds, the sprawling Florida mansion featured in the movie “Magic Mike” has hit the market.
The Mediterranean-style waterfront home, located at 100 Sands Point Dr. in Tierra Verde, acted as the 2012 film’s set where Tatum’s character, Magic Mike, worked his day job at an under-construction estate before heading to the fictional Xquisite Strip Club at night. It actually was under construction at the time, and wasn’t completed until 2013.
This is the first time the massive house has been listed for sale since its film feature. It was last sold in 2009 for $1.2 million, according to property records.
Inside, the home has five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms across nearly 8,000 square feet of living space. In place of a backyard, there are unobstructed views and 200 feet of open water frontage on the very tip of the human-made peninsula the home sits on.
And if its prime location and Hollywood ties weren’t enough to impress, the home also boasts luxury amenities like the “dramatic great room,” the kitchen’s breakfast bar with an ocean view, a media room with its own wet bar, and two elevators. Outside, there is a resort-level heated pool and spa, another bar, and full-service boat dock, the listing says.
The home is listed for $12 million and the listing agent is Jennifer Zales with Coldwell Banker Realty.
