The artist series collection of longboards found at Local Longboard Company on the 600 Block in St. Petersburg set the wheels in motion for this year’s Style Issue.
And the local love kept on rolling with men’s skater fashion styled from SPoT Shop Ybor and from Freshly Squeezed, tees for everybody from David & Goliath, and the skater girl threads scooped up from The Trunk Stylists.
How did we roll?
On rolling works of art, at the much-beloved Bro Bowl, in a neon Jeep, around Ybor City, wearing black patent leather sneakers, for all seasons…
CL Style — let’s roll.

1. The green hooded scarf and fringe halter are from The Trunk Stylists; The Hundreds jersey hails from Freshly Squeezed.
2. Crushing on Sunny’s two-piece halter and shorts set from The Trunk Stylists, shot at the Bro Bowl with “Tanner” by Daniel James — from the Local Longboard Company artist series.
3. We rolled up on local landmark Stoney’s so Josh could shoot Lauren wearing this deco-inspired maxi skirt, cropped top and Selfie hat from The Trunk Stylists. He’s in black patent leather Nike skateboard shoes, the Huf hat, and socks paired with hot aqua shorts and a Polar shirt from SPoT Shop Ybor.
4. The acid green Jeep makes its own fashion statement, but we paired it withthe three models, David & Goliath tees for the girls and shorts from SPoT Shop in Ybor City.
5. Josh in camo from SPoT Shop and Sunny with “Skull Flower” by Sue Woodall, a board with a backstory: It was stolen from Local Longboard, but the community stepped up after the theft to find and return it.
6. Josh Rinard’s look was styled from the bottom up, starting with those socks. All the threads are from SPoT Shop Ybor with a Local Longboard Company artist series board called “Death Dreams“ by John Suarez. This piece is on loan from the private collection of Local Longboard Company co-owner Travis Hise.
7. A fringed green kimono and necklace from The Trunk Stylists, a David & Goliath tee, and something FUCT from Freshly Squeezed play nice at the Bro Bowl.
8. How long is a longboard anyway? This beauty fits three people across. Josh styled at Freshly Squeezed and the girls from Trunk Stylists.
9. Lauren Maxey, Josh Rinard and Sunny Mucha in tees from David & Goliath.
