The Copper Shaker will officially start shaking next week.
The bar and gastropub, which specializes in craft cocktails and New American cuisine, will open its doors on Wednesday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. It’s set to take over the space formerly occupied by Flynn’s Retro Bar & Gaming at 1502 E. 7th Ave. in Ybor City.
According to the Facebook event page, local jazz band Gloria West & The Gents will be providing live music for the evening.
The Copper Shaker offers drinks like the Cousin Named Jeff, which includes Milagro silver tequila and Montelobos mezcal. Coming out the kitchen are dishes like jam-smashed sliders, flatbread sandwiches, and truffle fries. The full menu can be found here.
The Copper Shaker’s St. Petersburg location remains open at 169 1st Ave. N.
