So the good folks at CoS are doing a fantastic job keeping up with Grammy winners (because let's face it: most of you are just going to YouTube highlights tomorrow anyway), and we're starting to see artists headed for Tampa Bay picking up awards.
To start off, we've got Willie Nelson, Tom Petty, Fantastic Negrito and the Chainsmokers.
Songwriter Lori McKenna also won a Grammy for writing Tim McGraw's "Humble and Kind," which just won "Best Country Song." McGraw and Faith Hill are playing Amalie Arena on October 20.
Two artists playing Gasparilla Music Festival 2017 have also taken home Grammy awards. Cage the Elephant, who won "Best Rock Album," and Secret Agent 23 Skidoo, who took home "Best Children's Album."
Twenty One Pilots ("Best Pop Duo/Group Performance") took off their pants for their acceptance speech, but expect them to keep them on when they play Amalie Arena on February 28.
This one is a technicality, but The Color Purple just took home "Best Musical Theater Album," and the production is headed for Tampa's Straz Center in March 2018.
Get additional details and listen to the winning projects below. If you really want to watch the Grammys then tune to CBS or watch it online. A full list of winners is available here.
