Have you always felt like all your local dog park needed was a place to set your beer? Well, you might want to take a look at the proposed Hair of the Dog dog park and bar in Tampa's Seminole Heights neighborhood. These renderings are only preliminary, but check them out.

The bar (fashioned using a shipping container, because of course it is) and dog park (fashioned out of green stuff, because dogs like to pee on green stuff) would be at North Nebraska Avenue and Genessee Street.

The vote takes place at 6 p.m. March 23 at Tampa City Hall (third floor). To help show that the community backs this venture, the owners have invited supporters out to Brew Bus at 4:30 that day; they'll buy everyone a beer and give out T-shirts, then take supporters on the bus downtown for the meeting.
