After two prior successful runs with her "pop-up" restaurant concept Kitchenbar, Chef Jeannie Pierola is at it again. This time she'll be bringing her innovative cuisine back to South Tampa, making a temporary home of Restaurant BT in Palma Ceia (while Chef BT is vacationing in France).
"Kitchenbar pop-ups have been so much fun," said Pierola. "We've reconnected with so many past guests and have enjoyed meeting new foodies that have joined us and become friends. I'm excited to present a summer Kitchenbar that highlights the local season and its flavors. I feel so lucky that BT is spending the summer abroad and presented this wonderful opportunity to us."
The new menu will be complemented by a wine list created by wine consultant Amy Cairns, former Wine Director at SideBern's.
Kitchenbar will be serving patrons for 20 nights: Tuesdays through Saturdays from August 2-28. The Kitchenbar reservation line will open on July 25th: 813-374-4537.
