Channel 28 runs fourth in the ratings for local TV news, but that doesn´t prevent the irrepressible Mr. Keck from winning our readers´ hearts. He´s vivacious, knowledgeable — if at times a bit boosterish — and possesses the right combination of polish and boyish enthusiasm. And he´s absolutely perfected the art of smiling while talking.
