It's not a surprise that Barack Obama has outraised all of the men and woman who want to take his job next year. His campaign team announced last week that he had taken in $46 million so far this year, in their goal to surpass the $740 million plus they raised in 2007-2008.
In a state by state breakdown done by USA Today, the President has out fundraised his GOP opponents in 36 states and the District of Columbia, while Mitt Romney is ahead in 11.
And when it comes to 9 key battleground states, Obama is up six states to three to Romney.
However, one of those three states where Romney leads the President in fundraising is Florida.
