Sometimes, in the midst of Best of the Bay, we overlook a few establishments. And sometimes, owners of said establishments react with anger. But it's rare, very rare, that an owner sends out a mass e-mail, written from the point of view of a pirate, blasting us for omitting his Ybor City, jam-band loving, swashbucking bar.
