Chef Andrew Yeo brings his Michelin-starred Cantonese cooking to the Tampa Edition’s Arts Club for two “Asian tapas” dinners next week.

He visits the Edition (stylized in all-caps) from his native Singapore after a global culinary career. His resume includes stints as Global Executive Chef for Tao Group Hospitality’s revered Cantonese brands in London—which earned him a Michelin star—Executive Chef at several Ritz-Carlton restaurants, heading up The Miami Beach Edition and starting The Shanghai Edition.

The à la carte menu featuring his most celebrated dishes and new creations has small plates, sharables and desserts ranging $18-$45.

Reservations are available for Chef Andrew Yeo Takeover happening Thursday-Friday Aug. 7-8 at Tampa Edition.
