Katy Perry returned to Tampa last night (Mon., June 30), bringing her "Prismatic World Tour" to Tampa Bay Times Forum behind last year's Prism, and with supporting acts Ferras and Capital Cities warming the stage before the pop songstress made her grand entrance.
