Men will become familiar with the jab of the underwire during the Ybor Art Association’s fundraising charity event Ta-Ta's for Ybor taking place at The Honey Pot on Oct. 8. The occasion includes male individuals racing through historic streets of Ybor City wearing pink bras donated by Ybor City’s iconic La France. This head-turning affair stands as a fundraising platform for the Making Strides Tampa walk in Channelside on Oct. 22. The team to solicit the most funds from individuals and retail establishments in this Stuff the Ta-Ta's challenge will be awarded a portion of the proceeds. As if the spectacle wasn’t intriguing enough, the Honey Pot with feature a breast cancer expo with local and national organizations, a live auction of donated items for Making Strides and an art exhibition with over 15 local artists spotlighting the beauty and grace of the female form. $10.

The Grand Beauty Spa Stylist Discount
Trim, color, and care. For the entire month of October The Grand Beauty Spa’s stylists will be offering $25 blow-dries with 20 percent of the proceeds going to breast cancer. Fill in those roots or simply enjoy a relaxing pedicure all to the beat of cancer awareness. A spa day event on the Oct. 19 features blow dries and facials together for $25.
