After closing its South Tampa Greenwise in 2018, Publix is reviving the brand and opening a Greenwise Market in downtown Tampa.

The Publix spinoff is set to operate in downtown Tampa on the ground level of the Heron Apartments at 815 Water St. beginning Aug. 19. Tampa Bay Business Journal says the 26,000-square-foot space isn’t meant to operate as a traditional grocer—but as an add on to the groceries you get at other shops like the Publix less than a mile away in Channelside.

And instead of Pub subs, Greenwise has gourmet pizzas, burrito bowls and artisan sandwiches. You can’t even use Publix coupons at a Greenwise, but there are specialty cheeses, packaged fruit, beer and wine, so Greenwise is basically a one-stop-shop for all your charcuterie and hot food needs.
