Bamboozle Cafe has undergone a remodel in the heart of downtown Tampa. In celebration of its grand reopening, the popular, casual Vietnamese fusion restaurant plans to offer a $1 smoothie special later this month, showcasing one of the improved space's fresh features.
The discounted smoothies are served up at Bamboozle Cafe's new tea and drink bar, an addition to the restaurant that offers a lineup of fruit smoothies, boba, Vietnamese coffee and other specialty beverages. Patrons may take advantage of the special June 18 through 23.
With the goal of making tasty, nutritious French-Vietnamese eats accessible to all (including vegan and gluten-free guests), owner Lynn Pham brought Bamboozle Cafe to downtown Tampa in 2008. Pham's second location in the Channel District, Bamboozle Tea Lounge, opened three years later.
