The last few years of MrENC shows have always included a visual element thanks to Lakeland illustrator Bump Galletta, and the dynamic duo has upped the ante on it all by staging this show inside of a Lakeland comic book shop.
The show comes on the heels of the release of “It’s Just A Matter Of Time,” the new surf-gaze single from MrENC, who says he’s holding on to the 12 to 15 songs he has recorded and ditching the traditional album release approach in favor of one that finds him sharing singles throughout the year (a “loose plan of all the songs piling up into a full album by year’s end” is in the works, according to a press release).
Nashville indie-soul songwriter Joshua Michael Robinson will open this free show, and you can hear “It’s Just A Matter Of Time” below.
