Imagine — a group that actually got something done. Formed late in 2012, Connect Tampa Bay was a catalyst in persuading Hillsborough County Commissioner Mark Sharpe to push others in the county to create the Transportation Leadership Group, which may or may not ultimately lead to another referendum on light rail in Hillsborough County — sometime this century.
