Toes in the sand isn’t an option at Clearwater’s new waterfront venue, The Sound, but that didn’t stop Michael Franti from getting his bare feet out for the Tampa Bay stop of his “Big Big Love” summer tour last Friday. Fortunate Youth opened for the Spearhead frontman.
