Big Storm Brewing Co., in support of Feeding Tampa Bay, will release a new specialty beer to help the organization end hunger.

The new  4.8% ABV honey wheat orange ale “Hops for Hunger,” will be introduced by Big Storm co-owner L.J. Govoni and Feeding Tampa Bay Chief Programs Officer Matt Spence today at 4 p.m. on Feeding Tampa Bay’s official podcast Stick a Fork in It. The beer will be sold by the can at Big Storm’s four taprooms in Clearwater, Orlando, Odessa and Cape Coral. Available while supplies last, a percentage of every beer sold will be donated to Feeding Tampa Bay, a local hunger relief organization serving a 10-county region in which approximately one million people are food insecure.

With this collaboration they aim to be steps closer to their anticipated goal of serving more than 85 million meals this year.
