Wanna watch some of the best local kitchen maestros chop it like it’s hot during a friendly, seven-week cooking competition? Then don’t miss the Epic Chef Showdown’s third week at 6:30 p.m. Monday, when two downtown St. Pete restaurants — The Mill and Parkshore Grill — battle it out with a box of mystery ingredients and a time limit inside the Epicurean Hotel theater.
A dish from each eatery is critiqued by the panel of judges, then one winner advances to the next culinary challenge to benefit Feeding Tampa Bay.
Locals without tickets (they’re available online, starting Thursday, and include a coursed meal with wine pairings) also have a few ways to tune in: big-screen TVs in the Epicurean lobby, the Facebook and YouTube pages of Feeding Tampa Bay, and the new Identity website.
