Universal Orlando Resort has rolled out new food and beverage options for its upcoming Mardi Gras celebration. Kicking off next weekend, the annual tradition is set to feature a quintet of never-before-seen items.
Crab étouffée, catfish po' boys with crisp slaw and hot sauce, and king cake will make their public debut in the French Quarter courtyard, alongside a mimosa bar featuring everything from caramel apple to raspberry rosemary flavors.
Bayou Bog Water rounds out the additions. This signature non-alcoholic drink is a mix of ginger ale and lemonade topped with gummy worms and fish, plus blueberry boba "beads."
Mardi Gras attendees will also be happy to know that all of these sippable and edible items are now served in tasting sizes.
Let the sampling begin.
