Outsider — a Virginia-based band influenced by Madball, Cro-Mags and No Warning — brings its debut EP, When Love Dies, to a Tampa Bay punk and rock proving ground where the EP’s five tracks of metallic hardcore and high-octane thrash will play nice with the sounds of Sacramento hardcore band Hoods.
