You could beat the Mother’s Day crowds on Friday night when the Florida Orchestra plays light symphonic hits as part of its free Pops in the Park show at Clearwater’s Coachman Park.

If you want to wait until Mother’s Day (or just don’t want to drive across the bridge), then check out the same program on Sunday at Tampa’s new Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park. Both events are also food drives for Tampa Bay Harvest, so bring some canned goods with you, please.
