Ordering booze just got a lot easier because Uber Eats now delivers your liquor store orders.

Although Publix has been offering bubbly along with your groceries through its Instacart app, Uber Eats understands that you'll want some White Claw with your Big Mac.

There are a few no-brainer stipulations, however, when using the service: you must be 21 or older and show a valid ID upon delivery. Another heads up: if you appear intoxicated or do not have a valid ID, your order will be withheld and the alcohol will be returned to the store on your behalf.

Isn't that the point of getting booze delivered? To avoid drunk driving? Uber Eats seems to be convinced that liquor delivery will be used as preparation for a gathering or night out. This will come in clutch for the next hurricane party. In a statement, Uber reminds users that they "are responsible for observing local laws on where you can consume or possess alcohol."

At least this lessens the chance that an Uber driver dips into your order on the drive.
