Just two weeks ago Tom Brady signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a deal worth roughly $60 million, and now it appears he’s moving into Derek Jeter’s house.

The Tampa Bay Times has confirmed that the 42-year-old former New England Patriot will rent Jeter’s 21,796 square-foot home on Davis Islands. Built in 2011, the home comes with 7 bedrooms, and nine bathrooms, as well as a pool and two boat lifts.

According to Zillow, the estimated rent for this house is $44,321 a month, but we wouldn't be surprised if Jeter gave the fellow Michigander a better deal. The two reportedly met up with local rich guy Jeff Vinik, as well as Bill Gates for dinner at Bern's Steaks House shortly before Brady signed his contract.
