A coalition of local businesses and volunteers are coming together to help Tampa Bay senior citizens get toilet paper.
Led by BathMasters, a local bathroom renovation company, the coalition is giving seniors the option to pick up a single pack of toilet paper, or have the packs delivered to them.
The group has launched the website needaroll.com, where people interested in free toilet paper can fill out a request form and wait for a confirmation over email.
If you plan on picking up your pack of toilet paper, the form will ask for your name, email, phone number, area code and zip code. It also has optional spaces for you to share your age and a story that might be forwarded to sponsors.
After receiving a confirmation email, you’ll be able to pick up toilet paper at the BathMasters showroom, which is located at 8110 Ulmerton Rd. in Largo.
Seniors who aren’t able to drive to the showroom are being asked to fill out a similar form that lets them include their home address and asks whether the delivery-person can text them.
According to the coalition’s website, pick-up orders will be processed quicker than delivery requests and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis.
