Navigating the many options in a film festival can be a maddening, if enjoyable, challenge. Here are CL movie critic Lance Goldenberg's choices for each day of the festival, with one caveat: Inexhaustible movie consumer he may be, but even Lance hasn't previewed all of the 130 films in the fest. That means there are gems out there still to discover (or dogs still to disparage) — and since one of the singular pleasures of any filmfest is serendipity, why shouldn't you be the one to discover (or dis) them? Also, we didn't have space to include all the shorts programs, happy hours, after-parties et al., so for that info and everything else you need to know, check the festival's website, TIGLFF.com.
