2. Metropolitan Ministries is in dire need of food to fill the considerable needs of the community’s working poor and homeless. Now and in preparation for Thanksgiving and Christmas, the organization seeks canned fruit, cereal and meats as well as peanut butter, pasta, canned beans, canned vegetables, dry beans, cake mix, stuffing, potatoes, rice and yams.
