Lately, Sting’s visits to Tampa Bay have pretty much always involved another artist, whether it’s the Florida Orchestra or Billy Joel, and now he’s back—this time with Shaggy.

The duo kicks off St. Petersburg’s four-day Reggae Rise Up festival, which marks its 10th year at Vinoy Park next month.

Sting and Shaggy headline Thursday, March 13, with other headliners like Stephen Marley, Slightly Stoopid, Rebelution, Dirty Heads, and more closing the festival throughout the weekend.

The duo was last seen onstage together in the Bay area a year ago when Shaggy popped up during Sting’s co-headlining set at Raymond James Stadium. In 2018, they teamed up for an album, 44/876.

Tickets to see Reggae Rise Up happening at Vinoy Park in St. Petersburg on Thursday-Sunday, March 13-16 are still available and start at $65.
