As Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus was getting verbally assaulted by his colleagues in Washington for the version of health care reform that he produced last week, approximately 30 people marched in support of a government-run public option in front of insurance giant Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Tampa on Tuesday afternoon.

Actually, most of the progressives CL interviewed at the protest prefer a single-payer health system, though of course President Obama dashed those hopes immediately when he took that option off the table in his proposals to Congress earlier this year.
