Another year, another installment of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. The 138th edition, "Over The Top," features its usual extravaganza of dancing elephants, creepy clowns, aerial acrobats and trapeze artists, flying dogs, equestrian stunts and plenty else.
