Greg and Michelle Baker of Seminole Heights' The Refinery are opening their restaurant on a Sunday night especially for you and three guests for a private, all-inclusive dinner paired with craft beers. You'll be sitting with a kitchenside view as Greg prepares the food, sharing cooking tips and tricks of the trade. The menu may consist of anything from foie gras to truffles to ostrich; whatever he serves, you can be sure that Greg (critic's and readers' winner for Best Chef in this year's Best of the Bay awards) won't steer you wrong. The Refinery's craft beer guru will also be there to present the pairings and answer any questions.
