Today, we have a a double-header hump-day special for readers with rugrats — or those who have loved ones with kids — and our beloved childless peeps.  Call it a guilty pleasure, but I heart The Wiggles. I don't have kids of my own but I have a close friend/ex with an awesomely adorable son who got me hooked.  At first, the giddy grown men wearing loud primary colors and serenading children creeped me out, but their renditions of "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing" with Leo Sayer, adventures with Captain Feathersword and the "Big Red Car" wormed their way into my psyche. Heck, I even attended their last concert, which blew my mind with ginormous props and warmed my heart with gooey sweetness. So grab a tot if you don't  have one and go. Good babysitting karma, yo. (Speaking of "yo," wait till you see how excited I get when Yo! Gabba Gabba comes to town.)  6:30 p.m. Mahaffey Theater, 400 First St. S., St. Petersburg, $12-$77, mahaffeytheater.com.

The Dunedin House of Beer has a special night in store for all you beer snobs. Support a local brewery and partake of the brew inspired by frothy Belgian monks at the HOB's St. Somewhere Night. Based in Tarpon Springs, the St. Somewhere Brewery uses Belgian malt and wheat, whole noble hops and open fermentation.  Bob Sylvester, head brewer, will be on hand, providing information on St. Somewhere's Saison Athene, Pays du Soleil and Lectio Divina.  Not sure about the freebie-swag action. We just know to expect "specially priced flights" and "under the table" goodies. Dunedin House of Beer, 927 Broadway, Dunedin. 727-216-6318.
