Thursday, July 29: 400 Beach

Summer Craft Beer Bash. Tonight's brew-paired dinner strikes just the right note between down-home flavors and upscale culinary aesthetic. The menu includes lobster corn dogs, tarragon crab nachos, duck confit gyoza, crispy Florida shrimp, butter-poached salmon and grilled monkfish. Not to be outshone by the nosh, the selection of suds includes Harpoon Raspberry UFO, Key West Sunset Ale, Sierra Nevada, Terrapin Rye Pale Ale, Cigar City Humidor Jai Alai IPA and Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale. The finale is a trio of Chocolate Pots du Creme — a combination of chocolate bar, hazelnut brittle and chocolate mousse tart.
