If, like the Hometown Democracy Amendment, it feels like the proposal to have Hillsborough County get a strong County Mayor enacted into law has seemingly taken up half of the last decade, it's because it has.

Floridians will finally have their say on Amendment Four,  as it will be listed on the ballot come this November.  There citizens can support the measure as a rebuke to all of the unlimited development that have hit these shores over the past decade, save for the past two years as the recession hit, or they can reject it as a wildly radical measure.
