Some shows are happening on this Wed., Feb. 10. Take a look at the breakdown of highlights below.

Diana Ross Before the term became synonymous with bitchy, entitled, overbearing, et. al, ‘diva’ was, by definition, a highly distinguished female singer; a prima donna, if you will. And though plenty of pop hit makers have claimed the title, few truly deserve it or epitomize it so much as Ms. Diana Ross, whose career spans more than five decades and 80 Billboard Top 40 singles with her combined Supremes and solo output, 18 of those No. 1s. Originally recorded in 1978, Diana Ross Sings Songs from the Wiz only saw its official release last year, so you might hear “A Brand New Day” amid the expected hits parade. (Ruth Eckerd Hall, Clearwater)

Decapitated with The Cunningham Wake, Funeral For A Clown, Grasping At The Shadow, AERA CURA Polish death metal outfit Decapitated shreds through technical death metal, veering from old school chugging and distortion to a richer, more finely textured sound. This tour falls behind the band’s sixth studio release, 2014’s Blood Mantra. (State Theatre, St. Petersburg) –Justin Croteau

Joshua Powell & the Great Train Robbery An Indianapolis quartet with a Southern-dusty folk rock sound that ranges from the rambling and bouncing stomp of “Jack Kerouac,” built on airy acoustic guitar melodies, washes of tambourine and sunny gospel-hued vocal harmonies driven by the rusty calls of Powell, to the more robust power and galloping old west urgency of “Coyote King.” (Sacred Grounds, Tampa)
