While we were busy holiday-ing, Yahoo Food spotlighted the 20 best Cubans in America with some help from Foursquare, and three of them are in Tampa Bay.
Longtime Tampa joint Brocato's Sandwich Shop placed 10th for its Cubano ("one of the best"), followed by No. 13, downtown St. Pete's Bodega on Central, whose veggie Cuban was recognized during CL's most recent Best of the Bay awards.
West Tampa Sandwich Shop, another local stalwart, was ranked 15th, with a featured review calling its Honey Cuban a "go-to" and declaring the eatery "where the Cubans come to eat."
