There's no doubt that the nation is pretty much split on their support for newly elected president Donald Trump, and while it's also true that pundits may have misread or failed to completely understand the root motivations behind the xenophobia that drove his voters to the polls, musicians and protesters didn't sit on their hands when it came to making their voices heard.
Brian Mahar was at the Local 662 in St. Petersburg, Florida last night where songwriters Geri X and J.T. Brown teamed up with rock & roll outfit Sonic Graffiti to turn their distaste to 11.
Across the Bay, Anthony Martino was in Ybor City where protesters gathered to peacefully (and loudly) make their own voices heard, too.
