In Tampa Heights, the opening of Foundation Coffee Co. will take place in a little over a week.
The Riverview-based craft coffee shop announced Tuesday that its second location at 1607 N. Franklin St. is scheduled to debut from noon to 8 p.m. Aug. 21. The opening will also coincide with the neighborhood's monthly Tampa Indie Flea market, 100 feet or so away from the new Foundation Coffee, at the Rialto Theatre.
