BBQ Wednesday Acoustic Series with Eightball Aitken and Nicholas Roberts; TV Girl with Veiny Hands, Drug Eight Ball Aitken is an Australian singer, songwriter and guitar slinger with slide chops who pushes cheeky country twang dosed in roots-blues grit in cheeky tracks like “She's Going To Mexico, I'm Going To Jail,” “Chocolate, Jack Daniels and LSD” and “Outback Booty Call.” He plays the evening-time BBQ Acoustic Series with Orlando singer-songwriter Nicholas Roberts. Then, the standing room stage is cleared and re-loaded for a second Sunday billing: TV Girl, an all-dude trio that crafts indietronic pop with groove-hawking hip hop production qualities and sweetly charming vocal melodies. Nekrogoblikon, Psychostick, Urizen A diverse Hump Day bill of heaviness featuring goblin-themed melodic death metal brewed in L.A. (Nekrogoblikon), Arizona-spawned punk-thrashed comedy metal (humor-core) delivered with props and costumes (Psychostick), and 8-bit electro metal (“the balls of Rammstein strapped to the bodies of DEVO with the brains of Type O Negative performing the live show of GWAR … with a robot”) from Texas (Urizen).
