Art Week Tampa celebrates the cityโ€™s colorful community with five days of events across Ybor City, downtown, Seminole Heights and university neighborhoods.

It’s the second annual event led by Tracy Midulla of Tempus Projects in collaboration with several city-wide venues.

โ€œItโ€™s a good way to start the year,โ€ Midulla previously told Creative Loafing Tampa Bay. โ€œItโ€™s a beautiful way for participating venues to say, โ€˜This is what we do. Here are the things coming up this year. We invite you back.’โ€

The party starts downtown on Wednesday with programs at Tampa Museum of Art and University of Tampa. The rest of the week includes an Ybor arts tour on Thursday, a full Friday of USF and Seminole Heights tours, a Saturday Ybor City walkable fiesta and a Kress Contemporary printmaking workshop on Sunday.

There is no cover for Art Week Tampa, happening Wednesday-Sunday, Feb. 18-22. Visit artweektampa.com for updates and more info.
