A local mansion where Tampa Bay’s greatest stripper-related movie was filmed just got slightly cheaper in Pinellas County.
Located at 100 Sands Point Dr., in Tierra Verde, the 7,825-square-foot waterfront home was completed in 2013. But just before it was finished, the property served as the opening construction site scene for Channing Tatum’s character in “Magic Mike.”
The two-story Mediterranean-style mansion comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a chef’s kitchen with Sub-Zero, Bosch, and Wolf appliances, a theater, a heated saltwater pool and spa, two elevators, and views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
The home was built for the late Frank Lanza, co-founder of multi-billion dollar defense contractor L-3 Communications and father of Ciccio Restaurant Group owner James Lanza.
First listed in May of 2025 with an asking price of $12 million, the home was then taken off market and relisted last November for $9.8 million. Yesterday, the Magic Mike house dropped another $1.4 million from the price tag, and now sits at $8.4 million.
The listing agent is Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Realty.
