A low-light, candid photograph taken inside a haunted attraction showing two women reacting in fear near a monstrous prop at Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park. In the left foreground, a woman wearing a black t-shirt and crossbody bag reacts with wide eyes, an open mouth, and raised hands, while a companion peeks over her shoulder from behind. On the right, a massive animatronic or prop monster mouth with sharp, blood-stained yellow fangs reaches toward them out of the dark, shadowy backdrop.

America celebrates Halloween for two months, and if you need proof, look no further than this 60-acre patch of horror in Pasco County.

Ahead of its 12th season, Scream-A-Geddon underwent a $2.5 million renovation on its midway, which has not only led to paved parking lots, but apparently opened the door for the attraction’s infamous “Bonzo” the clown to be all over the place.

Per usual, Scream-A-Geddon is one place where guests can opt-in to literally be grabbed by actors inside the Breach and Ravenhill Asylum sections. There’s even zombie paintball available for an additional cost. Scream-A-Geddon operates on select weekends as it gets going, but expands hours as Oct. 31 gets closer.

Parking is an additional charge, with different fast pass and VIP upgrades available.

Tickets for Scream-A-Geddon happening Sept. 4-Nov. 1 in Dade City are still available and start at $29.95.
