Located on Florida’s Anastasia Island, which is just east of St. Augustine, the newly-built 3,300-square-foot home comes fully furnished with three-bedrooms, four-bathrooms. It also features designer amenities, white oak floors, smart home technology, an outdoor kitchen, a heated, saltwater pool, and views of the Matanzas River and the historic St. Augustine Lighthouse.
According to HGTV, the overall prize package is valued at over $2.2 million dollars.
Winners of HGTV Dream Home have the option of rejecting the home and instead accepting a cash prize of $650,000. But in this case, Fratta accepted the home (and all the prizes) and then opted for the flip.
Last year’s buyer only kept the home for seven month before relisting it this past April. It sold last month for $2.2 million, according to property records.
