Kevin Hart has a message for Tampa Bay fans headed to see him at Amalie Arena on August 4: "Don't bring your cell phone."

This morning, the 39-year-old comedian sent out a statement to remind fans that cell phones will not be allowed during the show.

"No texting, talking, tweeting, cameras, social media or recording/audio devices of any kind inside the bowl/seating area," it said in a press release. Yonder-style bags or a phone check-in will not be available for fans who don't get the memo, but a venue representative told CL that fans will be able to use their devices before the show begins and in the concourse areas.

"[Fans] are just asked to keep their phones out of sight (in their pocket, in their purse, etc.)," Kelsey Coary, event marking coordinator for Amelia Arena, wrote to CL.

So yeah, take whatever means are required to curb your phone separation anxiety.

Details on the show are available below.

Kevin Hart, Sat. Aug. 4, 7 p.m. $35 & up. Amalie Arena, 401 Channelside Dr., Tampa. amaliearena.com.
