  4. Disney for grownups

    Disney trivia night at the library is for adults and teens only. They'll ask all kinds of trivia, including behind-the-scenes stuff, so we get the feeling this may be the type of thing where you'll see the hard-core pin collectors, annual pass holders and, well, you know who you are.   5. Gardening for butterflies

    The Pinellas Park Garden Club's Wendy Risk will give a talk about how to attract pollinators to your garden, specifically monarch butterflies. So it's like you're working in your garden, but in the air conditioning. Sat.: 1 p.m.
  6. Barbecue

    Real Floridians know barbecue is a noun, not a verb. The barbecue and a silent auction are a fundraiser for sickle cell. Well, not technically for the disease, but for the St. Petersburg chapter of Sickle Cell Disease Association of America and the idea is to find a cure people like Antonesha "Peanut" Jackson and others with the disease. Fri.: 7 p.m. $20; $25, door. 727-369-5678.
  7. Father's Day lobster

    Bottles is grilling filet mignon and lobster tails, because who doesn't love steak? Other than, you know, vegetarians and vegans. But everyone else loves it. Also, Bottles brags they have the coldest beer in town. I say we go investigate. Bottles. Sun.: 3-9 p.m.
  8. Oh my god more cookouts

    You know, if Father's Day happened in February, I bet there wouldn't be so many damn grilled things for dad. OK, this one's pretty cool, though, because it's at H&R Trains. A $4 donation gets you a hot dog or a hamburger, along with chips. They'll have the trains running — if you've never been to H&R, it's the kind of place that makes you want to get a train set.   9. Dance with a bad boy

    The Second Annual Superhero and Villain Gala marries two things you'd never thought you'd see: swing dancing and superheroes and villains. OK, so three things. The closest I've ever seen to something like this is the Batusi. Sat.: 1 p.m.
