Boogie-woogie with Bathhouse Betty

Halloween provides a candy-bag-full of opportunities to bust out fabulous boas and sky-high heels. But why not dress divine even earlier than Oct. 31? Come looking good to the New American Stage cabaret performance of The BETTE set-a musical journey to MIDLER Earth featuring Sara DelBeato and Michael Raabe.

Sure to satisfy Midler fanatics, the duo has joined forces in giving voice to the Divine Miss M’s retro-tastic covers, camp classics, power ballads and even those infamous movie hits.

The performance stands as a benefit cabaret for the Trevor Project with half the proceeds going to the organization. The Trevor Project is the leading national organization focused on crisis intervention and suicide prevention efforts among LGBTQ youth.

Friday-Sunday, Oct. 21-22 at 8 p.m. and Oct. 23 at 6:30 p.m. New American Theater Center is at BayWalk, 183 Second Ave. N., St. Petersburg. $15 tickets available online at General admission seating with cash bar.
