CL Holiday Auction: Bid on Jobsite nights out

Just a couple hours are left to bid on four tickets to two Jobsite plays with certificates for Refinery and Mad Dogs!

Many of our readers enjoy attending plays by the critically acclaimed Jobsite Theater Company and will typically go out for a nice dinner with friends before or after the show.

The CL Holiday Auction allows you the opportunity for these nights out while helping The Children's Home.

Talk about a win-win, right?

Jobsite is offering four tickets to two of its upcoming shows — making for a great night out with friends or a supercool double date. First see The Hound of the Baskervilles, the classic Sherlock Holmes mystery, directed by Katrina Stevenson. Runs Jan. 8-Feb. 2.

Then see All New People by Zach Braff, the actor/director famous for "Garden State" and the hit sitcom "Scrubs." Directed by Paul Potenza, it runs May 7-June 1.

Winning bid also gets gift certificates from two wonderful restaurants — a $100 certificate from South Tampa’s Mad Dogs & Englishmen (possibly the perfect place to eat before a play with "Hound" in the title, no?) and a $125 certificate from Seminole Heights hot spot The Refinery.

Winning bidder is asked to make reservations at both Jobsite and the participating restaurants as soon as possible after the close of the auction on Nov. 21.

Total value is $450. Last bid was at just a little more than $200.

It's one of the items in Week One, which will be closing around 8:30 p.m. tonight, not 5 p.m. as previously announced.
