So, it’s the third day of Tampa Bay Comic Con and you’re feeling down. You got rebuffed by that cute cosplayer you waited all weekend to talk to, and your chances of scoring just vanished like the Expanded Universe from the Star Wars canon. What are you going to do with the rest of your night, other than attend a kick-ass nerdy burlesque after-party? Cabaret crew Femmes & Follies is putting on a Comic Book burlesque show at the Honey Pot in Ybor right after the weekend’s main event ends, with cosplay, aerial performers, fire benders and more. This — mostly — goes without saying, but this is definitely meant for ages 18 and up.

Comic Book Burlesque with Femme Follies | Honey Pot, 1507 E. 7th Ave., Ybor City | Aug. 5: 6 p.m. & 9 p.m. | $10; $20, seats; VIP tables available | More pricing info and link to buy tickets at Local
