From today through Fri., Jan. 14, during the Universitys Spring Week of Welcome (WoW), the Centre Gallery, in conjunction with The College of the Arts Council (CoTAC), the event dedicated to the distinct facets of art is held at the innovative, student-run art exhibition space at the University of South Florida.
The exhibition include a musical petting zoo as well as a large-scale installation integrating works and documentations from the schools of architecture, music, visual arts, theater, dance and more.
The College of The Arts Council brings together the disciplines of art and art history, music, theater, architecture and community design and dance. It seeks to involve students in their respective schools as well as those in other areas of the Arts.
If you like what you see today, a free opening reception Friday, Jan. 14, from 7 to 0 p.m. introduces you to the artists and features live performances by school of music's vanguard collective SYCOM.
